Kitchen Garden Academy Refund Policy

We certainly want you to be pleased with our Kitchen Garden Academy course. We will gladly issue you a refund within the first two weeks of purchase. In order to qualify for the refund you must submit valid proof on why the course was not a fit, and a good faith attempt to watch and apply the first two modules was made, and/or two support calls were attended.

 Garden Consultant Certification Refund Policy

 We certainly want you to be satisfied with your purchase while giving your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the course. For your refund to be approved, you must submit the following by the 30th day of purchase. If applicable, the cost of the GCC welcome package, $49.99, will be deducted from the refund.

✓ Three social media posts announcing your new business.

✓ Have created a sample or marketing piece showing your services.

✓ Five complimentary consultations were completed.

✓ The Intro to Garden Consulting, Gardenary Methods and Principles and 7 Steps of a Garden Consult were watched.

If you can show us that you’ve gone through the steps, attended at least (2) LIVE calls, and put in the effort but still don’t feel that GCC is a fit for you within 30 days to get 100% of your investment back.

After day 30, all payments are non-refundable, and you are responsible for full payment of the program fees regardless of whether you complete the program.

Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and do not request a refund within 30 days, with the required coursework at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.

Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund according to our policy and your personal participation, Gardenary will promptly instruct its payment processor to issue the refund. If you receive a refund for any purchase through this money-back guarantee, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under this Agreement and the Company’s Terms of Use. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including, without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.

All refunds are discretionary, as determined by Gardenary. Refunds will not be provided after the 30th day from your date of purchase, and all payments must be made on a timely basis.

All purchases are entitled to a 30-day money-back guarantee for the program. To qualify for a refund you must submit proof following the steps above that you did the work in the course and it did not work for you.
