We’re so glad you’ve joined us. Our goal is to make learning to garden simple, joyful, and rewarding. These Terms of Service and Policies help ensure a safe, supportive, and positive experience for everyone in our community. Please read them before using our website or enrolling in our programs.

Agreement to Terms

By visiting our website, purchasing a program, or accessing our content, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or enroll. We may update these Terms at any time. Updates are effective upon posting, and continued use means you accept the changes.

Your use of this website and all related Gardenary sites and platforms (including, but not limited to, Kajabi and Mighty Networks) is governed by the Terms and Policies below, along with all applicable laws.

How You Can Use Our Content

All content on our sites (including videos, courses, lessons, graphics, photos, written materials, PDFs, and any intellectual property) is owned or licensed by Gardenary, Inc. You’re welcome to use these materials for personal learning and inspiration. However, you may not copy, share, reproduce, distribute, sell, create derivative works, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding agreement to use our site and purchase our programs.

Refund Policy: Courses, Programs, and Digital Content

Because our courses and programs include digital materials and immediate access, payments are non-refundable and all sales are final.

Although we don’t offer a monetary refund for our educational courses, we believe in your ability to grow something amazing! If you complete every step of the program and your garden still doesn’t produce, we’ll gift you another course to help you keep going. All payments remain non-refundable, but if eligible, you’ll receive a free course as described in our “Grow-It-Back Guarantee” below.

Courses include lifetime access designed for flexible, self-paced learning, so we are unable to offer refunds for reasons such as lack of time, personal circumstances, bereavement, or other unforeseen events. However, we’re happy to move you to a future class group or provide access to live calls at another time to continue your learning.

Kitchen Garden Academy (KGA)

When you enroll in Kitchen Garden Academy, you’re investing in the knowledge and step-by-step system to design, build, and grow your own thriving kitchen garden. Our promise is to provide the education and support you need to make that possible.

Grow-It-Back Guarantee

If you complete all Kitchen Garden Academy modules, follow the lessons, and apply what you’ve learned—and within 12 months your garden is still not growing and thriving—we’ll grant you complimentary access to one additional Gardenary course, selected at Gardenary’s discretion, to further support your success.

To qualify:

  • Complete and mark all KGA lessons as finished in your classroom.
  • Implement the steps taught (design, build, and plant) and keep reasonable records such as photos or dated notes.
  • Submit your guarantee request within 30 days after the 1-year anniversary of your purchase date. Email support@gardenary.com to initiate the process.

Garden Consultant Certification (GCC)

When you enroll in the Garden Consultant Certification program, you’re investing in the knowledge and systems to build and grow your own garden consulting business. Our promise is to provide the education you need to design gardens for clients, set up your business, and build a foundation to grow as a garden consultant.

Grow-It-Back Guarantee

If you complete all Garden Consultant Certification video modules, attend all live classes (or watch live recordings), follow the lessons, and apply what you’ve learned—and within 12 months you have not yet launched your consulting services to clients—we’ll grant you complimentary access to one additional Gardenary course, selected at Gardenary’s discretion, to further support your success.

To qualify:

  • Complete all GCC video courses and attend all classes
  • Implement all steps taught and keep reasonable records (photos, business records, etc.)
  • Submit your guarantee request within 30 days after the 1-year anniversary of your purchase date. Email support@gardenary.com to initiate the process.

Education Only, Not Professional Advice

Our content is intended to be educational, informative, and entertaining. It is not legal, medical, tax, financial, or professional advice. You remain responsible for your choices, safety, tools, and results in your garden and home.

Communication 

By creating an account or enrolling in a course, you agree to receive course updates, resources, and important notifications by email.

Payment Plans

Payment plans are offered as a convenience and include automatic recurring charges every 30 days until the balance is paid in full. Plans are not subscriptions and cannot be canceled once enrolled. Please note that the total payment plan price is slightly higher than the pay-in-full price to reflect this flexibility. 

If a payment fails or your card expires, you’ll have seven (7) days to update your payment information. Access to course materials may be temporarily suspended until your account is current.

If within 3 months you would like to pay the full balance of your Garden Consultant Certification course ahead of schedule, please email us at support@gardenary.com to receive a pay-off link. To ensure your current plan is canceled and no further charges occur, we require an additional email from you to notify us once your payoff has been completed. 

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Upon cancellation, access to online content and communities (Kitchen Garden Club) will no longer be available. For digital products, no refunds are provided for payments that have already been processed or for partial months. For subscriptions that include physical products (like seasonal planners), any refund will require the return of all products received. Returned items will incur a restocking fee, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Course Bonuses

Occasionally, Gardenary may offer special bonuses or live coaching opportunities as part of a specific course launch. These bonuses are exclusive to customers who enroll during that particular launch period. Previous or future course owners are not entitled to receive bonuses offered in other launches, as these are time-limited offers available only to active participants at the time of purchase.

Community Guidelines

We cultivate a community of kindness, respect, and shared growth. By participating in any Gardenary group, forum, or program, you agree to help maintain a positive, supportive environment for all members.

  • Treat others with courtesy, encouragement, and patience.
  • Offer feedback in a constructive and respectful way.
  • Keep conversations focused on learning, gardening, and mutual support.
  • Avoid harassment, discrimination, hate speech, gossip, or personal attacks.
  • Do not post spam, promotional links, or self-advertising.


We reserve the right to remove any comments, posts, or participants that disrupt the community or violate these guidelines. Removal may occur without notice or refund. Our goal is to ensure that every Gardenary space remains welcoming, kind, and inspiring for all members.

Refund Policy: Physical Products (Books, Tools, Seeds)

We can accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Gardenary reviews all refund requests for physical products and reserves the right to approve or deny them at our sole discretion. All sale and clearance purchases are final and can not be returned or exchanged.

Please note:

  • All returned items must be in new condition with original packaging when applicable.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 5–10 business days after receipt for your refund to be issued.
  • Damaged items: While we take great care in packaging your order, if you receive a damaged item, please send photos of the damage when requesting a return so we can process it appropriately. Damaged items are eligible for a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery. 

Refund Policy: Physical Products (Trellises and Raised Beds)

We can accept returns within 30 days of purchase. We hope you love your products as much as we do, but we realize that sometimes items just don’t work out. We want you to be happy with your purchase. 

If you need to return a trellis or raised bed, please note the following:

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days after receipt for your refund to be issued.
  • Damaged items: Please send photos of the damage when requesting a return so we can process it appropriately. Damaged items are eligible for a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery. 

Refund Policy: Physical Products (Gift Cards, Booklets, Clothing, Print-on-demand Items, and Sale Items)

All sales are final. No refunds are issued for these products.

Limited Liability

All Gardenary programs and resources are offered “as is” and “as available.” We share our best methods, organic practices, and experience, but every garden is unique—and nature always has the final say. For that reason, Gardenary cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our total liability for any claim shall never exceed the amount you paid for the program or service related to that claim. The Company makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy.

In plain language, this means we provide educational content in good faith, but we can’t guarantee outcomes or take responsibility for any losses. We work hard to ensure that our content is helpful and accurate, but we can’t promise that every piece of information will always be correct or apply to every gardener.

Privacy and Data Protection

We care deeply about your privacy and do our best to keep your information secure. Gardenary uses reasonable measures to protect your personal data and files from unauthorized access. However, no system is completely impenetrable. By using our website, you acknowledge that it’s possible—though unlikely—for an unauthorized party to access or share data stored through our site. You use the site at your own discretion and risk.

We never sell your personal information. We only share data when it’s necessary to comply with the law, protect our rights, or enforce these Terms. By using Gardenary’s websites or programs, you agree to our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please do not use the site or enroll in our programs.

Third-Party Services

Some parts of our site rely on third-party tools or platforms, such as payment processors or hosting services. Gardenary is not responsible for issues caused by those providers, though we choose partners we trust to keep your experience smooth and secure.
