Shop Policies

SHIPPING

Gardenary shop orders are shipped out within 5-21 business days unless otherwise noted on the item description. 

Once your item ships, we will send you a tracking number.


DAMAGED ITEMS

We hope you do not receive a damaged product. If you do please email,

shop@gardenary.com for further instructions on a replacement piece, part, or item return. 


RETURNS

Trellises:

Trellis returns will be accepted for 30 days from shipping date and are subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping is the purchaser's responsibility. Items must be in their original condition. If you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact shop@gardenary.com for a replacement and further instructions.
