Refund Policy: Physical Products (Books, Tools, Seeds)
We can accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Gardenary reviews all refund requests for physical products and reserves the right to approve or deny them at our sole discretion. All sale and clearance purchases are final and can not be returned or exchanged.
Please note:
- All returned items must be in new condition with original packaging when applicable.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 5–10 business days after receipt for your refund to be issued.
- Damaged items: While we take great care in packaging your order, if you receive a damaged item, please send photos of the damage when requesting a return so we can process it appropriately. Damaged items are eligible for a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery.

We can accept returns within 30 days of purchase. We hope you love your products as much as we do, but we realize that sometimes items just don’t work out. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you need to return a trellis or raised bed, please note the following:
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days after receipt for your refund to be issued.
- Damaged items: Please send photos of the damage when requesting a return so we can process it appropriately. Damaged items are eligible for a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery.
Trellis Rust Warranty:
Gardenary trellises are warranted against rust for three months from the date of purchase.
Rusting on a trellis is not a manufacturing defect, but rather a natural weathering process and chemical reaction that occurs when metal is exposed to oxygen and water. A detailed explanation: This process occurs when the iron particles are lost to the acidity in the water, causing the iron to become oxidized, forming iron. Then, when the iron is formed, oxygen is released and causes those electrons to rise and form hydroxyl ions (rust).
All Gardenary trellises are made of powder-coated steel, which provides a barrier against rust. However, exposure to the outdoor elements can cause natural weathering over time.
A couple of suggestions to prolong the life of your steel trellis:
A clear UV spray can be purchased at your local hardware store in the paint department. Simply spray on 1-2 coats, covering all areas of the trellis. Repeat each year.
- Avoid watering and spraying the trellis directly
- Cover the trellis during the winter season or periods of non-use.
- If you notice rust within three months of purchase, please contact support@gardenary.com with photos of the affected areas.
